Another interesting, diverse essay that glides us through the corporate labyrinth of insatiable acquisitiveness.

It came to light about 7 years ago in BC, under the Christie Clarke Liberals, Nestle was paying $2.25 per 1 million litres for our water-about $600 a year for 265 million litres.

Thanks H. Yes, BC: Nestlé sold off their 3 Canadian bottle plants in 2020 to some outfit out of Nova Scotia called Ice River Springs. Don't know anything about them. Nor can I find any updates anywhere to this story from 2018, about the the Six Nations of the Grand River indigenous reserve in Ontario where, while Nestlé was sucking millions of litres of water out of their treaty land, the community had to "drive 8km to a public tap to fill up. The water isn’t drinkable, however, so once a week they also drive 10km to the nearest town, Caledonia, to buy bottled water to drink." https://www.theguardian.com/global/2018/oct/04/ontario-six-nations-nestle-running-water
